E-Learning from Kemenag

The corona virus changes the class interaction. To some people, it changes even a way of thinking. This is time to convert from face-to-face interaction to the virtual one. The good thing is the Ministry of Religious Affairs has prepared us a learning platform. By using this, the virtual class is easy to control by school management. I don't have a class since the twelve graders are all still isolated at school. They will have National Examination on March 30. However, I am helping by making one tutorial video to set a class, to upload materials, to have a test through this platform. I hope everything is getting better soon. We miss our peaceful life.

United Nation Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs)

Morning greeting, today is March 09 2020. I would like to share one of my teaching stories in BSI class. I believe Indonesian teachers know what BSI is. This is not a obligatory subject but taken by students to add more activities in English. In this class, we love taking UN SDG as one of the discussions. Having this topic as our theme of the class is always challenging. Not only because that is good topic to discuss but also because that is meaningful for our students. UNSGD or United Nation Sustainable Development Goals are the goals decided by United Nation to achieve together among all members. The goals can be seen in the poster published by United Nation below. Source:  https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/ You can go further to the link to explore the details. What do we do in the class? I distributed the students into groups. One group was given one goal that was randomly taken. Our class projects are: 1. Students explore the website, cases and any other materials
